Maria Pallante, director of Policy and International Affairs at the United States Copyright Office, a division of the Library of Congress, will be the keynote speaker at Misericordia University’s annual Convocation ceremony on Friday, Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. in the Wachovia Amphitheater on campus.
